About Foster + Foundry
We help organizations respond to change without losing sight of the people responsible for making that change work.
See how we workWhy Foster + Foundry
Organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. More often, their people, priorities, processes, and technology are pulling in different directions.
Foster + Foundry connects those pieces. We bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the work, translate complexity into practical choices, and help leaders build solutions that people can understand, adopt, and sustain.
Our approach
Lasting transformation happens when human capability, organizational conditions, and enabling tools reinforce one another.
Knowledge, skill, judgment, confidence, and adaptability.
Culture, leadership, communication, roles, and operating practices.
Systems, data, automation, digital experiences, and AI.
Meaningful progress that works in practice and holds up over time.
How we work
Listen, learn, and define the right problem before prescribing the answer.
Explore how people, structures, workflows, and technology affect one another.
Co-design useful solutions and create ownership with those closest to the work.
Turn strategy into concrete tools, experiences, decisions, and new ways of working.
What guides us
Core values keep the work grounded. Catalyst values create the movement needed to turn good intentions into meaningful progress.
How we show up, make decisions, and earn trust.
Center dignity, potential, and lived experience. Progress should serve people—not ask people to serve the process.
Be honest about what we know, what we do not, and what the work requires. Trust is built through candor and follow-through.
Turn ambitious ideas into useful action. The best solution is one people can understand, apply, and sustain.
How we create energy, possibility, and forward movement.
Ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and keep learning. Discovery creates room for better answers.
Build with people, not simply for them. Diverse expertise and shared ownership make the work stronger.
See beyond current limits without ignoring current realities. Imagination matters most when it opens a credible path forward.
Founder & principal consultant
Kevin Andrews connects people and technology to help organizations work better.
For more than two decades, Kevin has worked across public and private organizations ranging from five people to approximately 1,500 employees. His experience crosses technology leadership, strategic initiatives, project management, employee and organizational development, facilities, training, evaluation, communication, and real estate operations.
The roles have been different, but the work has shared a common thread: bringing people, processes, and technology together to solve practical problems. Kevin has led IT and workforce initiatives across distributed organizations, overseen project management and enterprise systems teams, guided post-merger and workplace transitions, built learning and evaluation programs, and helped leaders move complex initiatives from idea to implementation.
He is pursuing an Ed.D. in Education Administration at the University of Oklahoma, where his research focuses on professional-development interventions for generative AI. That blend of practitioner experience and applied research informs Foster + Foundry’s human-centered approach to AI and transformation.
